How big is the pillow?
About 40 × 32 × 6 cm (15.7 × 12.6 × 2.4 in). Each one is handmade, so no two are exactly alike.
When will it arrive?
It's made and shipped in 5–10 business days. Delivery then takes 5–15 working days depending on your country, fully tracked.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Order before December 1st. After that we can't guarantee Christmas delivery, as couriers get very busy.
Will you check the spelling?
Yes. We confirm the spelling with you before we start. Names can be up to 11 letters.
Which colours can I choose?
Five pillow colours and your choice of yarn.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes. Add gift wrapping (premium paper, ribbon and a paper bag) and a personal note when you order.
Can I add an icon?
Yes. Add a flower, star, rainbow or heart next to the name. It’s optional and free.
What if the name comes off?
Every name has our 2-year name guarantee. If it ever comes off, email us and we’ll make a new one, free.
Can it go in the crib?
It’s made as nursery decor. Like all pillows and soft toys, keep it out of the crib or cot while your baby sleeps.
